ODERSON T&D is committed to the security and privacy of website users' information, respecting ethical principles, as well as legal provisions. For the use of our website, you expressly and fully agree with this Privacy and Security Policy.

ODERSON T&D's Privacy and Security Policy provides for the general data protection conditions on our website, in accordance with Law No. Law No. 13,709/2018.

Important: With the constant evolution of the business model, ODERSON T&D reserves the right to change this Privacy and Security Policy at any time, by publishing the updated version on this website.

 

1. What kind of information do we collect?

We receive, collect and archive the information you add to our website or otherwise provide to us. In addition, we collect the IP address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login data; email address; password; computer and internet information and history. We may use tools to measure and collect browsing information, including page response time, total time spent on certain pages, page interaction information and the methods used to leave the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, means of communication); comments, feedback, recommendations and personal profile.

  • In order to comply with the legal obligations applicable to ODERSON T&D, personal data will be processed to:

    • Manage and respond to requests related to access, rectification, deletion or any other request made by the User, in accordance with the rights of data subjects listed in article 18 and following of the LGPD (item 8); and

  • To meet the legitimate interests of ODERSON T&D, personal data will be processed to:

    • Reception and storage of CVs;

    • Request for information, complaints, suggestions and solution of doubts;

    • To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalized notices related to services and promotional messages;

    • To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal information, which may be used by us or our business partners to provide and improve our respective services;

    • To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

    • Other situations that justify the legitimate interest of ODERSON T&D.

 

3. Legal bases used for the treatment

The processing of personal data by ODERSON T&D is carried out on specific and appropriate legal bases for each of the processing purposes described in this Policy. In this sense, ODERSON T&D may process Users' personal data through the following legal bases:

  • User Consent (art. 7, item I of the LGPD);

  • Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation (art. 7, item II of the LGPD);

  • Execution of a contract or preliminary procedures related to a contract to which the data subject is a party, at the request of the data subject (art. 7, item V of the LGPD);

  • When necessary to meet the legitimate interests of the controller or third parties, except in the case of the holder's fundamental rights and freedoms that require the protection of personal data (art. 7, item IX of the LGPD); and for credit protection (art. 7, item X of the LGPD);

  • For the protection of life.

 

4. How is information collected?

When you transact on our website, as part of the procedure, we collect the personal information you provide such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific actions mentioned below.

 

5. How do we store, use and share visitors' personal information?

Our business is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell products and services to our customers. Your information may be stored in the Wix.com database. Wix.com stores your information on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment entries offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

6. What information is collected?

The information we collect is: a) that informed by our users, both in the register and in the references they indicate; b) logs of access and interactions on our website (such as the device, system, browser and IP number used to access; information that identifies user interactions, including consumption preferences; date, time and location information of access of users; c) information provided by other websites and tools external to ours.

 

7. How long do we store your data?

Access Records. In accordance with Law nº 12.965/2014, article 15, we have developed our website and our Internet applications in order to promote the safekeeping of your access records, in a controlled and secure environment, for a period of 06 (six) months. After this storage period, pursuant to article 13, paragraph 2, item II, of Decree No. 8,771/2016, the records of access to Internet applications are automatically deleted; in addition, according to item II of this same article and in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), the data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of its use is reached.

The data collected through our website and Internet applications are treated (collected, stored, modified and eliminated) through quality hosting, processing, backup and encryption practices, seeking security and respect for our users; this data is confidential and strictly controlled, with access inventory.

 

8. How secure is the storage of personal data.

Our responsibility is to take care of your Personal Data and use it only for the purposes described in this Policy. And to ensure your privacy and the protection of your Personal Data, we have adopted the appropriate security practices for our market, using encryption techniques and other information security systems.

We strive to protect the privacy of your account, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized account entry or use, hardware or software failure and other factors can compromise the security of your Personal Data at any time, so please help us maintain a safe environment for everyone. In the event of any violation, the user must update his/her registration, as well as inform ODERSON T&D through the contacts found on our website.

It is important that the user tries not to use obvious passwords, such as a sequence of numbers and letters or with the respective names and birthday; as well as changing your password regularly and not sharing it with third parties. The use of original and updated programs and systems can also help ensure the user's own digital security.

 

11. How is communication between ODERSON T&D and the user carried out?

ODERSON T&D seeks to restrict communication with its users only to what is necessary to achieve the purpose, with a view to respecting the user.

If you are not interested in receiving e-mails about promotions and other merely informative content, the user may unsubscribe, using the unsubscribe link in the body of the e-mail. This cancellation, however, does not cover registration confirmations, as well as updates to our Policies and Terms and Conditions of Use.

Important: ODERSON T&D will never request personal data and/or payment data via email or telephone contact, restricting itself to the operations of the website itself.

Be wary of emails that contain a suspicious header and sender field or with strange content, messages that have Portuguese errors, faulty photographs and logos, email addresses without direct identification.

 

12. Does ODERSON T&D have connections with other sites?

The ODERSON T&D website may contain links to other websites, partners and/or collaborators, in order to present more options and communications to the user. However, ODERSON T&D informs that the inclusion of links does not hold it responsible for the respective contents, even though it seeks to provide only reliable means to users.

The ODERSON T&D website operates for an indefinite period, and may also be closed or suspended, at the will of ODERSON T&D, without the need for user agreement or prior notice.

We have the right to modify this privacy policy at any time and at ODERSON T&D's discretion. So check it out regularly. Changes and clarifications will be immediately put into practice after the change on our website.

  • Request information about the possible possibility of not giving your consent and about the consequences of this refusal in each case;

  • Request the correction of incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information about you, which is in our databases;

  • Request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that you consider unnecessary for the purpose being used, or that you consider excessive or treated in violation of the LGPD.

  • Right to ask for your information to be deleted from our files and systems when there is no reason to keep it.

  • Request the portability of your data to another service or product provider, which will be done unless such data has already been anonymized on our part, based on the guidelines offered by the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data;

  • Request information regarding the possible sharing of your data with other public or private institutions;

  • Request deletion from our communication or marketing lists, so you will stop receiving our messages and e-mails if you no longer wish to do so.

Whenever the Holder exercises his rights, ODERSON T&D may request some additional information for the purpose of proving his identity, seeking to prevent fraud. We do this to ensure the security and privacy of our customers.

Also, some requests may not be responded to immediately, but ODERSON T&D is committed to responding to all requests within a reasonable time and always in compliance with applicable law.
